Prizes will be awarded and if winner is not present at the drawing, winner will be notified by email, phone, mail, fax, or in person, at Jeux Tout Doux's discretion.

Tickets and prizes are nontransferable and non-refundable. Substitution of prizes or cash equivalents are allowed at Jeux Tout Doux's discretion only.

By entering the Jeux Tout Doux Auction or raffles, each participant releases Jeux Tout Doux and its agents from all responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

Payment of Federal Taxes, State Taxes, Local Taxes, surcharges, and delivery charges are the responsibility of the raffle winner and will be paid by the raffle winner.

Raffle winner is responsible for making arrangements to pick up the item(s) won in a timely manner.

Jeux Tout Doux is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Jeux Tout Doux Auction and raffles or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the orders in this Jeux Tout Doux Auction and raffles.

You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Confirmation of your ticket (including number(s) where applicable) will be mailed or emailed upon receipt of your entry form and payment. You must save this mail, since it will be your raffle ticket(s). A printed copy of the raffle ticket(s) is required and must be presented to claim any prizes.

For some items such as Grand Prize, there must be a minimum number of tickets SOLD. This excludes any free tickets that may be offered in addition to tickets sold. The minimum number of tickets required to be sold will be written on the tickets themselves. In the event that the tickets do not state a minimum number, the minimum number will be deemed to be 500. In the event that the minimum number of tickets required to be sold is not attained, there will be a 50/50 cash drawing split of the proceeds, after expenses, between the raffle ticket winner and Jeux Tout Doux. Jeux Tout Doux reserves the right to substitute a cash prize, or a similar prize of approximately the same value, at its own discretion, for any item offered in any Jeux Tout Doux Auction.

When pictures are shown, the actual item may vary from the picture which is used as a guideline.

In the event that you win a prize or prizes, you accept all prizes "as is", with no warranty from Jaux Tout Doux , its donors, sponsors or affiliates. This does not affect the manufacturer's warranty if it exists.

Most items donated to the Jeux Tout Doux Auction are brand new. However, Jeux Tout Doux does not attempt to determine if the items are, indeed, brand new.

Since most prizes are on display at the Jeux Tout Doux Auction, we recommend that you see the items before buying tickets if this is of concern to you.

Jeux Tout Doux is unable to provide any kind of technical support.

Jeux Tout Doux provides all the items in good faith. In the event that an item which was won proves to be faulty, Jeux Tout Doux will attempt to have it repaired or replaced by the donor. If this is not possible, Jeux Tout Doux limits its liability to the cost of the winning ticket which Jeux Tout Doux agrees to refund if so requested to do so.

The drawing date, time and location may be changed at the discretion of Jeux Tout Doux. If any prize winner cannot present the printed copy of the email, or stub of the raffle ticket (with the ticket number on it, when applicable), in order to claim their prize, or if there is any other circumstance in which the winners may not accept the prizes, that prize winner will be eliminated and a new drawing will be held immediately, or as soon as possible thereafter. Folded and/or mutilated tickets will be disqualified. Winners need not be present to win.

Proceeds will benefit Torah Academy of New Orleans You agree to be bound by the above stated terms and conditions which are the official rules of The Jeux Tout Doux Auction and Raffle.

Jeux Tout doux 2008 reserves the right to disolve any package if ticket sales are not enough to support the cost of the prize. This is upon notice to bidders and with the option for a full refund.

Thank you for becoming a partner with us in the rebuilding of New Orleans and the Re-establishment of quality education. Winners will be notified by phone or by email and are responsible to pay the shipping on winning prizes. Some prizes may differ slightly from photos but will be of equal or greater value. We have indicated values for all prizes based on fair, current appraisals. Torah Academy is not responsible for any exchanging of prizes.
